About Job Description
At Vahn, design goes beyond vehicles—it becomes a living, moving experience. As an Automotive Interior Designer, you will take ownership of the complete interior journey, shaping bespoke caravans and motorhomes that are built from scratch—each one unique.
You will work closely with a small, agile team to define layout systems, CMF strategies, and prototyping approaches, contributing to what Vahn envisions as India’s first true caravan atelier.
Key Responsibilities
Lead interior design development across custom caravan projects
Define and execute CMF strategy—including sourcing, testing, and specification
Develop layouts, MEP drawings, 3D models, and BOMs aligned with manufacturing
Build quick, functional prototypes to validate design decisions early
Collaborate closely with fabrication teams on the workshop floor
Required Skills & Expertise
2–3 years of experience in interior, product, or vehicle design
Proficiency in SolidWorks, SketchUp, and AutoCAD
Strong CMF sensibility with attention to texture, light, and material behavior
Understanding of manufacturing processes and build feasibility
Portfolio demonstrating compact, modular, and spatial design thinking
