McLaren Automotive is offering a two-year rotational graduate programme within its world-class design studio at the McLaren Creative Centre. This role provides hands-on exposure to cutting-edge automotive design projects, allowing graduates to contribute creatively while developing technical, operational, and leadership skills.
Working alongside experienced designers and cross-functional teams, you will engage in concept development, digital visualization, design research, and studio collaboration, gaining a holistic understanding of how high-performance vehicles are designed and delivered.
