About Job Description
Kia is hiring an Experienced Exterior Designer to drive the full-cycle development of vehicle exteriors across ICE, EV, and PBV segments. Rooted in Kia’s “Opposites United” design philosophy, this role spans from early concept exploration to mass production, shaping future mobility across multiple typologies including SUVs, sedans, and purpose-built vehicles.
Key Highlights

Eligibility Snapshot
Bachelor’s in Industrial / Product / Transportation Design
Minimum 3 years in automotive exterior design
Strong proficiency in design and visualization tools
Fluent English communication skills
