Rimac Technology is hiring an Lead Interior Designer for its Berlin studio to shape the future of high-performance mobility and next-generation automotive experiences. The role focuses on developing innovative exterior concepts, advanced vehicle proportions, surfacing, and design themes that align with Rimac’s progressive vision for electric mobility and performance-driven design. Designers will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including Exterior designers, CMF specialists, digital modelers, engineers, and visualization artists to bring future-focused vehicle concepts from sketch to production intent.


What They’re Looking For


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transportation Design or Automotive Design

Strong portfolio showcasing vehicle Interior design projects

Excellent sketching, visualization, and ideation skills

Strong understanding of automotive proportions, surfacing, and design language

Experience with digital design workflows and 3D development processes

Ability to work collaboratively in an international design environment

Passion for future mobility, EV innovation, and performance-oriented design
