they are complete human experiences shaped through surfaces, volumes, touchpoints, emotion, and storytelling.

Sr. Interior Designer (3–7 Years)
What They’re Looking For
Strong interior transportation design portfolio
• Excellent sketching and visualization abilities
• Understanding of automotive interior architecture and user experience
• Ability to think holistically across IP, seats, console, trims, and spatial experience
• Strong storytelling and presentation capability
• Passion for future mobility and emotional product experiences
• Senior applicants should demonstrate production program experience and leadership capabilities
• Sensitivity toward materiality, surfaces, and human interaction
